Free Sump Pump Health Check.
Ryan comes out, runs your pump under load, checks the float, tests the battery, and leaves you with a written report. You don't owe anything, and you don't have to buy a plan to get it.
Once we hit 100, the rate becomes $229 and stays there.
A plan built around the one thing homeowners worry about.
Your Health Check is free either way. The plan is for the people who want the pump covered and the rate locked in before the cap closes.
What the plan actually covers.
Annual deep-inspection visit
Basin clean, pump test under load, float service, battery diagnostic, discharge-line review. The visit people tell me they wish their builder had scheduled on day one.
Full pump warrantyThe big one
If your covered pump fails during your plan year, we replace the pump and cover the labor. You pay nothing. Applies to pumps we installed or pumps that pass the Health Check.
Priority emergency response
When storms roll through, members get called back first. Nobody honest promises instant response, but we keep plan members in front of new customers.
$500 off a future install or replacement
When your current pump eventually gives out, the plan credits roll toward the replacement.
Founders rate stays $189 for you
Once we hit 100 members the rate becomes $229. You keep $189 as long as you stay on the plan.
Warranty applies to pumps K-Sump installed, or pumps that pass inspection at your Health Check. Deposit refundable up to 24 hours before your visit. Balance is billed after your first inspection.

“Ryan took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our old sump pump and what we actually needed — no upsell, no pressure. The new system has been running perfectly through two major storms.”

“After getting wildly different quotes from three plumbers, K-Sump was the only one who showed me why my system was failing instead of just quoting a replacement. That honesty earned my business.”

“The K-Guard maintenance plan is the best money I've spent on this house. They caught a failing check valve before it would've flooded my finished basement. Can't recommend them enough.”

Common questions.
Yes. Ryan comes out, runs the pump, checks the float and battery, and leaves a written report. If you want to talk about the K-Guard plan after, great. If you don't, we leave. We'd still love a Google review if the visit was worth your time.
$49 holds your Founders spot. It gets credited against the $189 annual plan, so you owe $140 after your first visit. You can back out up to 24 hours before the visit and get the $49 back.
If your sump pump fails during a plan year, we replace the pump and cover the labor. The warranty applies to pumps we installed, or pumps that pass inspection at your Health Check. That second part keeps us from having to cover a 15-year-old pump that was already on its last legs when you signed up.
Founders pricing is how we thank the first hundred members who help us build the program. When we hit 100, the rate becomes $229 and stays there. Founders keep $189 for as long as they stay on the plan.
Yes, and members get called back first. Nobody honest promises instant 24/7 response, but we keep plan members in front of new work when storms roll through.
The next storm is already on the calendar.
Your pump might not be. Let's find out before a Saturday in April answers the question for you.
