K-Sump Solutions (“we,” “us,” “K-Sump”) respects your privacy. This policy covers what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

When you book a visit, contact us, or subscribe to updates:

• Contact info — name, phone, email, and service address.
• Service details — what you're asking about, photos you upload of your basement/system, and any notes you send us.
• Payment info — if you prepay a deposit, Stripe processes the card. We never store your full card number.
• Basic analytics — anonymized page views and device type via Vercel Analytics.

How we use it

• To schedule and complete your service visit.
• To follow up afterwards (confirmations, reminders, service records).
• To send you occasional updates about maintenance or seasonal considerations — only if you subscribed. Unsubscribe anytime.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share only what's needed to run the business:

• Supabase — stores bookings and contact records in a secure database.
• Resend — sends booking confirmations and newsletter emails.
• Stripe — processes deposits when applicable.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Law enforcement, if required by a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

We keep service records for as long as we may need them for warranty, maintenance history, or tax purposes — typically seven years. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• See what we have on file for you.
• Correct something that's wrong.
• Delete your record (where we're not required to keep it).
• Unsubscribe from marketing email.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember basic site preferences. We don't use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes get a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days.
